Refunds
Any refunds due by Glory To Her to the Member for non-availability of jewellery components or for the selection of alternate components shall be made in the following manner:
– Credit card: The credit card account of the Member will be re-credited with the refund amount by Glory To Her. The refund amount will be credited to the Member’s account within the time span stipulated by the bank that issued the credit card.
– Cheque or wire transfer: The refund amount shall be deposited into the bank account of the Member by Glory To Her within seven (7) business days after receiving the request for a refund from the Member.
Gifting
To collect the physical product, the recipient will have to provide any one of the following government-approved photo identification proofs:
– Ration Card (issued in the name of the Member/recipient)
– Driver’s License
– Permanent Account Number (PAN) card
– Voter’s Identification card
As it is a mandatory requirement as per local laws, the price of the gift (notional amount) will be mentioned on the external cover of the package. If the Member wishes to have a copy of the invoice, they can request Glory To Her to ship an additional copy of the invoice to the required address at the time of placing the order. Any applicable tax, including any gift tax, shall be borne by the Member.
Insurance
Only transit insurance shall be provided by Glory To Her and will be valid only up to the time of acceptance of delivery.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at NEW DELHI

Returns Process

6 Month Exchange
Products can be returned or exchanged based on their current market value, considering product specifications and prevailing prices listed on our website. Deductions towards making charges and discounts will be applied. The value of the exchanged product, after deductions, will be credited to your Glory To Her account, valid for 90 days for future purchases on our website.
Lifetime Buy-Back
We offer a lifetime buy-back guarantee on purchases made from Glory To Her. Buy back value will be at 110% of Silver value (ie., 110% from Current Silver value decided by the Company ) and 91% of gold value (ie., less 9% from Current Gold value decided by the Company)
